Al crear una cuenta o usar Coven Mind ("la App"), aceptas estos Términos de Servicio.

1. Descripción del servicio

Coven Mind es una aplicación de agenda compartida para hogares. Permite crear un hogar, invitar a otras personas con un código, crear y compartir citas y eventos, y usar inteligencia artificial para convertir fotos en citas o listas reales.

2. Cuentas

Debes tener al menos 18 años para crear una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña y de toda actividad que ocurra en tu cuenta.

3. Hogares compartidos

Al crear o unirte a un hogar, aceptas que los demás miembros podrán ver el calendario compartido, los eventos creados y quién marcó cada evento como suyo. Compartir el código de invitación es tu responsabilidad. No lo compartas con personas en las que no confíes.

4. Uso de inteligencia artificial

Las funciones de "agendar desde captura" y "lista del súper" envían la foto que subas a OpenAI únicamente para extraer texto. Tú confirmas o editas la información antes de que se guarde. Coven Mind no crea ni modifica citas sin tu confirmación.

5. Uso aceptable

No puedes usar la App para subir contenido ilegal, dañino o que viole los derechos de terceros, ni para intentar acceder a hogares o cuentas que no te pertenecen.

6. Propiedad del contenido

El contenido que creas (citas, listas, nombre, color elegido) es tuyo. Nos das permiso para almacenarlo y procesarlo únicamente para operar la App, como se describe en la Política de Privacidad.

7. Disponibilidad del servicio

Hacemos lo posible por mantener la App disponible, pero no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones o errores. Podemos modificar o descontinuar funciones con aviso razonable cuando sea posible.

8. Límite de responsabilidad

Coven Mind se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de daños indirectos derivados del uso de la App, incluyendo citas mal interpretadas por la función de lectura de imágenes. Siempre revisa la información antes de confirmar un evento.

9. Terminación

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento escribiéndonos a support@mycovenapp.com. Podemos suspender cuentas que violen estos Términos.

10. Cambios a estos Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. Te notificaremos sobre cambios significativos a través de la app o por correo electrónico.

By creating an account or using Coven Mind ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Coven Mind is a shared household agenda app. It lets you create a household, invite others with a code, create and share appointments and events, and use artificial intelligence to turn photos into real appointments or lists.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Shared Households

By creating or joining a household, you agree that other members can see the shared calendar, the events created, and who marked each event as theirs. Sharing your invite code is your responsibility. Don't share it with people you don't trust.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The "schedule from screenshot" and "shopping list" features send the photo you upload to OpenAI solely to extract text. You confirm or edit the information before it's saved. Coven Mind does not create or modify appointments without your confirmation.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App to upload illegal or harmful content, content that violates third-party rights, or to attempt to access households or accounts that are not yours.

6. Content Ownership

Content you create (appointments, lists, name, chosen color) is yours. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to operate the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We do our best to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coven Mind is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App, including appointments misread by the image-reading feature. Always review the information before confirming an event.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by writing to support@mycovenapp.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
